This is a physical product that will be mailed to you. This will be customized to your liking. The pictures are examples.
There are no refunds on custom orders. If the item isn't what you requested and it is an error on Mz. Topsy's Creations, I will GLADLY redo your items upon return of products. Please give a 10-14 day turn around for product(s) unless otherwise noted. Items are created in order of payment. If all or a portion of your order needs ordering, please allow 5-7 days after the product is received for completion unless otherwise noted. Please order custom items 2 weeks before needed to ensure you get it in a timely manner. A rush fee of $10 will be charged on items ordered and needed week of, $20 for next day. On orders over $50, a deposit of half is required. All other totals must be paid in full before creation happens. Please note NO CREATING WILL BEGIN UNTIL PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT IS MADE. All shipped orders are shipped PRIORITY Mail, (unless other arrangements are made). Shipping cost will be added to the total cost of order.
