Refund policy

There is no return on custom orders. If there is an issue, please let us know and if it is at fault of Mz. Topsy's Creations, we will correct the issue. You can always contact us for any  questions at mztopsy@mztopsyscreations.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If the item(s) are defective in anyway, FIRST: email us to discuss options. If items are being replaced, you would need to return the defective item before replacement item will be sent.
